In a small group, you'll exercise alongside other mothers and their babies. The course is led by a pediatric physiotherapist specialized in pre- and postnatal training. During the course, mothers will be given exercises to help them get back into exercise after pregnancy. The baby's will also be working out as well. For example, you'll learn how to prevent a preferred posture, how to strengthen your little one's muscles, and how to keep encouraging your baby to exercise to continue developing their motor skills. It also strengthens the bond between mother and child and has a positive effect on your baby's motor development. This course is suitable for women 6 weeks postpartum and 8 weeks post-cesarean section, and for babies up to 12 months old. If you're unsure about participating due to physical complaints, please book a Personal Fitness class first so we can perform a diastasis check and discuss any other concerns. Space is limited to ensure sufficient attention for all mothers and babies. After registration, cancellation, exchange for another event, or refund of the registration fee are not possible. A minimum of 3 participants is required for the course to start.
